1. Explain when assistance is needed in making health related decisions and setting health goals.

Students will know who to ask and when to ask when help is needed.

Role play situations in which help is needed.

Write about a time when you needed help from a specialist.

2. Set a short-term personal health goal.

 

Students will be able to set a personal health goal (ie. brushing teeth, exercise) and then follow through on it.

Have a Health Day and have each student choose a health goal to demonstrate to others.

Journal or tally sheet to track personal health goal for a week.
