Content Standard: A. Physical
Fitness 1. Identify the physical changes
that accompany moderate to vigorous activity (e.g.,
sweating, increased heart rate, heavy breathing). Students will be able to identify how
vigorous activity affects the body. Monitor body systems before,
during, and after vigorous (aerobic) activities, i.e. tag,
rhythmics, etc., and warm-ups. Guided discussion: "How do you feel
after playing a tag game?" pulse 2. Engage in moderate to vigorous

each component of health related fitness (e.g.,
cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular
