Content Standard: A- Physical Fitness: A1- Define the components of skill-
related fitness ( agility, balance, coordination, power,
reaction time, and speed) and health-related fitness and
identify activities which contribute to the development of
each component. Students will be able to name the
components of skill-related fitness. Track and field "Fitness Wise" Balance A6- Assess physiological indicators of
exercise during and after physical activity The student will be able to measure
the changes to their body during and after physical activity
and interpret those changes as to their level of
exertion. Warm ups Self assessment Heart rate monitor A7- Demonstrate appropriate stretching
and warm up exercises that enhance the learning and
performance of activities. Cool down
