Students will review the Bill of Rights.
Given a fairy tale (Goldilocks and the Three Bears, The Three Little Pigs, The Boy Who Cried Wolf, etc.) students will discuss whose rights have been violated from each point of view and how the Constitution would protect those rights.
The students will read and discuss the Preamble to the Constitution.

Students will write a paragraph that explains how the Constitution would protect an individual's rights.
