1. Explain where products come from and how we use them

Investigate products' origins (including imports such as toys and clothing from China)

The students will visit a grocery store and make a list of where products come from (manufactured or grown, local or far away). They will discuss how they get to Bath and how they are used.

Given a choice of several products, students will construct a flow chart showing where the product comes from and how it is used.
