Chewonki forms were passed out last Friday. Please fill these out and return them this week. We go to Chewonki the week of October 20-24th. We leave the school at 7:30 every day, even on Wednesday.
For the next three weeks, students are to choose books to read from the AR list. There will be no reading packets.
Students will be working on the expedition work, learning the 10 Design Principles of Expeditionary Learning during reading and writing. They will be polishing their paragraph writing skills and learning how to use text evidence.
Science: Students have been learning about Maine birds and writing paragraphs about these birds. We are also learning to measure mass.
