Staff Appreciation Breakfast
On
Thursday, May 15 the BMS PTSA will be holding a breakfast buffet for
the BMS staff. We need volunteers to help set up and bake for this
event. In the past we have had coffee cakes, muffins, breakfast
casseroles, fruit salads, scones and other breakfast goodies. Food can
be dropped off in the teacher’s lounge beginning at 6:00 am. We would
like to have the buffet ready for the staff by 6:45 am. Please call or
email Vicki if you would be willing to help with this special event. My

Bus Driver Appreciation
Bus
Driver Appreciation Day will be held on Thursday, June 5.
Volunteers are needed to help decorate, set up and bake for this event.
This year we will be able to decorate and set up the night
before. We also need parents to approach some of the the
classroom teachers to have their students make cards to thank the bus
drivers. The cards are then hung up all over the room as
decorations. Please call or email Vicki at 442-8950

Welcome to a exciting, new school year at the Bath Middle School. We invite you to join the BMS PTSA and we welcome your involvement. Everyone— parents, educators, students and other citizens active in the community—are invited to join our group!
We meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month in the BMS Home Ec room at 6:00pm.
Our membership fee is $5.00 per individual. Membership allows you to vote at the PTSA meetings. You do not have to be a member to participate in meetings or volunteer at events.
Being a member of the BMS PTSA does not mean that you have to volunteer dozens of hours each week. Any amount of time that you are able to help with any event is appreciated!
Joining the Bath Middle School PTSA is a wonderful way to make a difference in the education and quality of life for our children. PTA/PTSA is an organization whose members care about children and youth. More than 30 years of research has proven that children do better when their parents are involved both at home and in school.
When you join the Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) you will:

Watch Yourself Grow. By volunteering with your PTSA, you gain valuable experiences. It is an opportunity to put your skills and hobbies to good use for your child and all children in the community.
