The first step of the WRITING PROCESS is to think about what you are going to write. This is called Prewriting.

Step 3 is when we revise. Revising is when we make it better. This student is making her story better by adding more details.After that she will be doing Step 4: Proofreading. This is when she makes it correct. .

This student is drawing pictures for her book. Step 5: Publishing This is where you publish your book. After that you staple your book up. Then you share your book with the class.
